Refund Policy

Our whole model is built so you're never stuck with something you don't love.

You approve before you pay

You hear your jingle as watermarked previews and dial it in with the included revisions before you're asked to pay. Clean, tag-free files are unlocked only after payment. Because you approve the work first, there's very little room for surprises.

If something's not right

Every package includes generous lyric and music revisions — the fastest way to make a jingle right is to use them. If you hit a problem the revisions don't solve, email orders@hookedjingles.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you to fix it.

Digital delivery

Because jingles are custom digital goods that are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," paid orders are generally non-refundable once the clean files have been released. If we're unable to deliver what you ordered, we'll refund the amount paid for the undelivered work.
