Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of hookedjingles.com and your order of a custom jingle from Hooked Jingles ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What you're buying

A custom jingle package includes the deliverables described on our site at the time of order — typically a native :60, :30, and :15, a sing-in/sing-out "donut," acapella and instrumental cuts, a bonus social video, and the number of revisions listed. We write and produce the jingle based on the information you give us in the intake form.

Try before you pay

You hear watermarked previews of your jingle before any payment. Clean, tag-free files are released only after your payment is confirmed. Making a free 15-second sample and building previews costs you nothing.

Payment

Prices are shown on the site in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Promotional codes (such as launch or on-air offers) apply only as described and can be changed or ended at any time.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of lyric and music revisions stated on the site. Revisions are self-serve through the ordering flow so you can dial the jingle in until it's right. Requests beyond the included revisions, or a brand-new creative direction, may be treated as a new order.

Ownership & license

Once your order is paid in full, the finished jingle is yours to use — on radio, streaming, social, on-hold, in-store, and on your website — for as long as you like, with no additional licensing or renewal fees. You're responsible for making sure the words and claims you ask us to include are accurate and lawful for your business. Underlying tools and generic production techniques remain ours; your ownership is of the finished jingle produced for you.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that impersonates another business. We may decline or cancel an order that violates these terms and refund any amount paid for undelivered work.

No warranty on results

We put real craft into every jingle, but we can't promise specific advertising or sales results. The service and site are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
